This is probably heresy on here and I get scared to post what I have done, but I’ve taken one of those good A5 Wagyus and seasoned them with salt, pepper, garlic and a little MSG. Sous vide them at blue temps. Then sear them with a torch. I like it and so does everyone else but, I’ve heard on here you’re basically supposed to put them on a popsicle stick, stick em in the freezer for a while and then suck on them /s.
