PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — It’s baaaaaaack! Portland Dining Month officially returns March 1 after a five-year hiatus.

Sponsored by Travel Portland, one of the city’s most popular dining programs is back, inviting diners from across the region to celebrate Portland’s nationally recognized food scene.

More than 100 restaurants are participating, each offering an exclusive, limited-time prix-fixe menu featuring an appetizer, entrée, and dessert throughout March.

This year, organizers have introduced two price points for the prix-fixe menus: $35 and $55. Some restaurants will offer both options. Participating establishments represent a wide range of cuisines, dining styles, and neighborhoods across the city.

“It feels really good to bring Portland Dining Month back for the first time since 2020,” said Kurt Huffman, managing partner at ChefStable and chair of the board of directors at Travel Portland.

Organizers say the two-tier pricing model is designed to make the event more accessible while helping restaurants navigate rising costs during the slower dining season.

“One of the things that makes Portland so special is our culinary community, and not just the food, but the people who make it happen. So, whether it’s visiting your favorite neighborhood spot or stepping out to a restaurant that’s been on your list for months, Portland Dining Month is the perfect opportunity to support the businesses that bring so much life to our city,” Huffman said.

The goal of the program remains the same as in previous years: to encourage residents and visitors to explore Portland’s diverse dining options.
