
Ok want to make yoghurt with my sous vide. The yoghurt will be in a sealed jar , but the water around it will be also at 37 temperature. Is there any risk the water of sous vide get contamination during the fermentation of milk !

I make yoghurt with my sous vide every week. I often get a small amount of milk that leaks out but it doesn’t affect anything. I just clean the device afterwards.
