They’ll replace it! And whatever pods survived you so get to use while you wait. Win win

I wonder whats going on with Nespresso right now. i’ve been seeing a ton of posts on all social media platforms. Everyone’s pods are messed up.

  3. Was wondering why mine got delivered by ups compared to the usual too. It took a lot more time and got the box with a hole punctured through it as well. Thankfully the pod seem ok and useable

  4. Heyitscrochet

Most of those look usable. Try bending the damaged rims until they’re straight. Dented rounded part of the pod s shouldn’t prevent your machine recognizing them.

  5. I guess im lucky I used my Amazon gift card to purchase my restock thos month…

Sooooo frustrating. Coffee is amazing yet they can’t translate that quality into their shipping boxes!!!

  7. justanintrovert_

How thin are these shipping boxes? They should be able to handle being beat up in transit

  8. lol wtf?? A soccer team delivered your order????

  9. Great order! So sorry it’s squished! I hope your replacement order shows up soon.

Contact support for replacement. Most dented pods are still usable. Just bend the lip/right/barcode so it’s straight. The upside of Vertuo pods is the rounded dome doesn’t get punctured. Only the foil lid.

I got a whole box stolen out of my nespresso package😂

At least yours are accounted for..
    Despite dented tf

  13. Good grief, did they kick the box to your door??

  14. Top_Elephant_4363

Was it delivered via the medium of Tombstone Piledriver?

Any pods where the lips are undamaged are probably ok. The rest open and use in another coffee device or a good empty pod with silicone lid (preferred by me) or foil. And call customer service of course.

What was your order? We love sweet coffee

Wow, that’s horrible that those arrived like that. There’s absolutely no excuse for that.

  18. Heavy-Lawfulness-324

Just make sure PLEASE don’t add a pod that is dented on the rim to your machine, I ended up breaking my machine because of that 😭 it messes up the centrifuge inside the machine!

  19. Holy crap, some delivery driver had a horrible day… that sucks!! Hope Nespresso helps you out… I would assume they will, their Customer Service seems to be pretty on point.

  20. heydudeohtwo

That would ruin my day 😭 I hear good things about Nespresso support, so I’m sure you’ll be just fine

  21. Same happened to me a few daya ago! Sent a ticket to Nespresso and talked to consumer service, they compensated me the damaged pods for free on the next order.

I just got my first order to my new house in Tennessee and for the first time in the years I’ve been ordering pods they came in completely unscathed. It was awesome

  23. smakusdod

I’m sorry for your experience op but these are some of the most hilarious egregiously foul delivery photos I’ve seen.

I reuse my pods all the time – you can keep those damaged pods, open them as you wish to use them, pour the grounds into a used pod that isn’t damaged, and then put a foil cover on top. You would just need to order some of those pod lids if you don’t already have them! Major score if the company will also replace all of those pods on top of you being able to use them in another way!

  25. Best day ever is when you get rid of that machine.

  26. UPS damages/loses about 1/3 of packages I receive. I have gotten some lost packages from neighbors. I guess my route person is dyslexic.

Your package delivery is ridiculous. I hope Nespresso helped make it right.

I’ve been reusing the same 40 pods, some that came with the machine, and some that I initially purchased, for 3 year’s now..Ripping the original foil off is a task, but after that it’s a piece of cake..Buy whatever coffee you feel like drinking, get the little foil covers from Amazon, and you’re all set..Use,empty,wash,refill,repeat..They end up costing about the same as Keurig pods, but you get to drink coffee that actually tastes like coffee..My choice has been Lavazza Classico for the last 16 months or so,and I love it..

    — I was going to ask if it was UPS before I saw the caption…complain to Nespresso ASAP and also to UPS. They’re horrible. I’ve had thousands of dollars worth of items (not just Nespresso) *destroyed* by UPS.

  29. This is totally inacceptable!!! You should make a comment in maps-google and share there your picts. You find your UPS business location on Google map and add a comment. Must have a google account to do this.

Give them a call. Don’t feel bad about it either. They can file a claim on their merchant portal, and get reimbursed.

Ask for additional compensation for waiting extra long.

  31. Long_Eagle9882

No judgment here. You ordered all the best flavors!

  32. Lucki_girl

Just want to say no judgement. I have a sweet tooth too ☺️

  33. hello_euphoriia

Looks like someone RKO’d the box wtf 😭

  34. relaxncoffee

Oof. That pod looks like it lost a fight. I’d reach out to Nespresso — they’re usually solid with replacements.
