Pastramă condimentată de oaie cu mămăligă (Seasoned mutton pastrami with polenta)

Mutton meat that is seasoned and then marinated with salt – I cooked it with lots of garlic and served it with polenta. ❤️

There is also a smoked option, but I didn't see it on sale (Lidl).
