Where Brew Meets Brujería

Brewjeria blends the English word “brew” with the Spanish “brujería”, a name that reflects Southern California’s fusion of cultures and creativity. Founded by a group of Los Angeles brewers, the brewery began with a single beer kit and has grown into a one-barrel system producing 31 gallons per brew session.

At its core, Brewjeria is a mix of science, culture, language, and community, serving one thoughtfully crafted beer at a time.

Punk Music Meets Craft Brewing

Founded in 2016 by friends John Marshall, Kevin Lewis, and Steve Garcia, 3 Punk Ales merges a passion for punk music and craft brewing. After getting their start at Butcher’s Brewing Company in Santee, the trio opened their Chula Vista location in 2017 to create a true community hub in the South Bay.

Known for band collaborations and a constantly rotating lineup of classic styles and experimental brews, 3 Punk Ales is anything but predictable.

A Family Legacy Since 1955

Since opening, La Bella Pizza has been a cornerstone of the Chula Vista community. Founded by Tony and Kitty Raso, an Italian couple from New York whose family legacy still defines the restaurant today, La Bella grew alongside the neighborhood.

From Kitty serving guests while Tony cooked to becoming the first restaurant to deliver pizza in Chula Vista in 1957, the restaurant has stayed in the family. Now proudly operated by their sons Joseph and Tony, La Bella continues to provide generous Italian comfort food in a warm, family-friendly setting where no guest leaves hungry.
