Bowl: Rib Eye
Plate: NY Strip
Man. What can I even say? The technique is so fool proof i’m wondering what took me so long to try it!
Unfortunately my equipment beyond the sous vide machine was “okay” for getting the job done.
Rib eye was cooked on a duxtop induction paired with a 10 inch misen SS (Learned from my mistake that the pan is way too big for the coils)
NY Strip was cooked on the actual stove top but only had coil heaters that were crooked and not flat ):
Will definitely be experimenting with different flavors.

Thank you for your picture post to r/sousvide. We want to remind everyone of Rule #5. Posts should be accompanied by something to foster discussion. A comment, a question, etc is encouraged.
If you’ve posted a picture of something you’ve prepared, please explain why in a comment so people can have some sort of conversation. Simply dropping a picture of food in the sub isn’t really fostering any discussion which is what we’re all aiming for.
Posts that are a picture with no discussion can and will be removed by the mods.
Thank you!!

Looks amazing. I can’t wait I have one coming this week.
I don’t think you have anything to be ashamed of here.
Man that looks fucking glorious.
Need temps…
How do you do your rice? I also happen to have a bit of perfection tism and love the sous vide finally unlocking red meat, but I’m still hopeless when it comes to making consistent rice lol
Looks damn good to me!
Looks like you killed it. Awesome job!
Nicely done!
