    Great looking crust to a nice medium rare, perfect for a ribeye. Gets that fat nice and rendered. Generally a ribeye holds its own on flavor, especially when you grab one with a nice big spinalis like you did.

    I’d say next up either is mastering other cuts like filet and strip to your liking as well as saucework.
