We usually eat "cebollitas" when we go out for Mexican or grill at home. I just found out that they are called Cambray. Today we went to get some at the Mexican store but this is all we found. Are they still Cambray, similar onion type, literal onion or some other monstrosity to be alarmed about? They were still delicious.

Spring onions. Onions picked early before fully ripe/matured. I split them in half, olive oil, salt and pepper and grill them.
