






I’ve been making macarons at home for 3 years now. Although I still mess them up sometimes, I wanted to share my favorites!
- Saffron shells with cardamom-infused white chocolate ganache filling
- Pumpkin pie
- Boozy peppermint schnapps
- Key lime pie
- Boozy eggnog
- Classic vanilla
- My very first attempt. Lemon I think?

omg the last ones relatable lmao. I like your flavors, I like to think the more booze in a dessert the better haha. Can I ask do you normally bake them on parchment paper or a silicone mat?
Try heart shaped macarons next! They look so nice but you have to be careful, if they’re not completely dry in the middle you end up with broken hearts ironically 😅
Also, idk if you do that bc there’s no recipe but you can also put crushed, freeze dried fruit (5g and 5g less of almond flour). I found it gives the macarons a nice sour touch to counter the sweetness 🙂
