Is the hack buying pre-packaged stuff?

Yes if you a newbie to Thai curry, are cooking for children, and or don’t like very spicy food. I used the Maeploy brand for red Thai curry…..less than half was still too spicy for me.

Buying a packaged Curry is a totally good way to explore. I can’t speak to that particular brand, but I have enjoyed a red Thai curry that comes in a small jar. Used two tablespoons and a can of coconut milk and it turned out great.

Thai kitchen isn’t the best and it’s kind of expensive. I got 12 cans, in a variety pack of Maesri the other day for $22. Ive only used the Panang paste so far but it turned out very well.
