I actually had something similar last night. I’m trying to eat healthier so I made Cincinnati style chili with lean turkey and eat it on top of “It’s That Simple” zero carb spaghetti noodles. Last night I wanted the taste of a coney too so I cut up a Hebrew National hotdog in it with some yellow mustard. It was tasty.
This is exactly why you just can’t eat at anyone’s house. I would be like “I left my phone in the car” and leave.

As someone that puts my chili w/beans over spaghetti noodles topped with onions and cheese, this is not a stretch for me. I’d use homemade chili for sure but other than that, this is not a food combination that strikes me as odd as who doesn’t love chili cheese dogs!
