It is hard to see the sear due to the sauce. But the cook is perfect. It looks like you must have been sitting over that steak the whole time flipping that steak like a mofo.

Bro walk into an Asian grocery store and get a bunch of steak knife sized Kiwis. The non serrated version.
Sharp then every now and then with the back of your coffee mug and be free.
