    You didn’t remove the very center of the bloom. Did that cook all the way through?

    Oh my goodness, I absolutely love Outback’s Bloomin’ Onion and TBH if a waitress(er) brought this out to me at Outback, I don’t think I would question it one bit from being an Original! And believe me, I’ve eaten my share of Bloomin’ Onion’s 😁. You absolutely did an incredible job. If this taste anything like it looks, I wish you would share your recipe, PLEASE!🙏

    I’ve seen someone use a upside down lid from a jar. That looked pretty good too
