
A favorite combo in our house. Gearing up to teach a mac class this weekend, so I like to make a few “demo” flavors for students.
IMO it’s hard to beat the classic combo of a nice, tart curd and buttercream. Either French buttercream (since it uses up the yolks from making the shells) or IMBC are my go-tos.
