i was craving some really shitty food today, and i guess i got what i wanted. this sauce, "Guy Fieri's Flavortown Nashville Hot Wing Sauce", is nothing more than your run of the mill "sweet asian chili" sugar-glaze wing-slop with an extra dose of cayenne pepper. nothing remotely Nashville (or hot) about it.

1 out of 5 stars, would eat again later when drunk

  1. I find most places that claim to have Nashville sauce don’t make it properly, whether in a restaurant or a jar. It’s so annoying because it’s so easy to make. Dave’s and fry the coop are the only acceptable options in my area if I don’t make it myself.

I love Guy Fieri so I’ve tried a few sauces from his brand. Unfortunately, I’ve been disappointed every time

You bought hot sauce from an actual clown?

Love me some Sweet Baby Rays Nashville Hot. Have you tried it before?

Hopefully it’s better than his bbq sauce. Was not a fan.

I heard the chipotle one tastes like Taco Bell’s.

You bought a celebrity chefs sauce and expected it to be good ? Brother ….

    1/2 tsp smoked paprika

    1/4 tsp garlic powder

    1/4 tsp onion powder

    1/4 tsp black pepper

When will consumers learn that celebrity’s products are almost always complete garbage

I thought the BBQs rocked. Haven’t tried the wings sauces. I make my own, usually. I have Frank’sRedHotPickle right now.

I I’ve been to a couple of his restaurants in Vegas, and both times were honestly disappointing. I hate to say it, but I’d take Chili’s over that experience any day.

FYI, Sweet Baby Rays has a Nashville Hot that I don’t hate actually… no of course you don’t get that authentic hot Nashville oil soaked kinda thing…which is as much or more about how the chicken is cooked as much as the sauce… but for a bottled sauce, it tastes good to me.
