Third time making macarons. Added some peanut butter to my butter cream then dolloped some strawberry preserves in the middle 😊
Cookie came out much better as I baked at 300 for 15 min vs 325. Not as hollow. Chewy but not sticky. Need to work on my piping for sure. Excited to try them tomorrow. Cheerz!
