You want an onion burger? I present to you: THE BIG ONION

A recipe spawned via my husband's r/somnogastronomy, the masterpiece you see before you is none other than the Septuple Onion Burger, or, colloquially, THE BIG ONION.

A 80/20 chuck patty with grated onion, topped with fresh onion, grilled onion, onion straws, pickled onion, and bacon onion jam… all atop an onion bun. Served with a side of onion rings, naturally.

Absolutely demolished it and it's probably the best burger I've ever had. I think next time I'll attempt the Octuple Onion Burger, or THE EVEN BIGGER ONION, by adding some French onion dip as well.
