How did I do? Been trying to perfect my methods as steakhouses around me are so expensive. This was by far the most expensive steak I've ever bought but wanted to do something special for Valentine's day.

    The cook looks incredible as well imo. Perfect strong sear and even doneness wall to wall. Literally no overcooked band.
