rotel quality went into the shitter eons ago. the last cans i bought were 1/3 end pieces. they must have stopped coring the tomatoes to cut costs because i don’t remember it being this way

This was hotter than expected, I made chorizo queso with it and oh boy it was delicious and hot

The REGULAR hatch pepper ones are too hot for my family….and they’ll handle up maybe, garlic tobascco level heat in my cooking. I made some spanish rice with the hatch pepper can once and it lit everyone up too much. I love it of course.
I gotta try this one just for myself now.
