    Looks very good! I would gently suggest that the next step is to work on making sure the rice edge is even, and that your fillings are centred in the roll. The fillings usually does not directly touch the gim wrapper.

    Advance level: think about how the colours will combine together, and try to put the spinach in the middle with the softer colours around the outside to make a ‘flower’ image.

  7. I think it would be nice to add a sauce that pairs well with shrimp tempura, like a mayonnaise-based sauce or tonkatsu sauce. Braised burdock root, which is commonly used in regular kimbap, might also be a good addition.

    Impressive!

    Could adjust position so filling is only in the middle and rice around the edges all the way. Maybe choose between the tempura and crab stick and just use slightly more so it’s a more focused flavor
