Baking, and cooking in general, is a great coping operator. Keep up the great work!

I think everyone struggles with mental health, especially with so much going on around us. You are doing great.

No need to feel embarrassed. We all go through some rough times but it’s ok. Nothing lasts forever, things will get better eventually

I’m 55 and still struggling with my head, but still baking bread! Just keep doing what makes you happy

There’s no age limit for struggling. It happens to all of us sometimes.

The brain is something we still know relatively little about and struggling with your mental health should never ever be embarrassing. I’m 30+ and still trying to get mine figured out too. At the end of the day, we’re all just big sacks of goo trying to figure out how to stay sane in a world that seems to light a new fire every day. Baking helps a ton when mine gets particularly bad, but the best and most effective solutions have been talking to someone and getting the drugs I needed to balance out my brain!!

Those onions look amazing–are they in the dough and on top? If both, I’m impressed by how uniform the crumb is so I think you hit the ratio just right. Now I want to make bread…

I’m 42 and I only started really understanding mine at most two years ago. I’m doing SO much better now.

Baking and cooking is my coping mechanism as well!
