🥙 VIRAL DÖNER KEBAB ROLL AT HOME | Easy Step-by-Step

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 kg (2.2 lbs) ground beef
• 3 medium onions
• 3 tbsp yogurt
• 2 tbsp paprika powder
• 2 tbsp garlic powder
• 1,5 tbsp chili powder
• Salt & black pepper
• Tomatoes & jalapeños (to roast with the meat)
• Your favorite veggies + sumac + yogurt + lime
• Lebanese flatbread

INSTRUCTIONS:
1️⃣ Blend the onions into a smooth onion paste.
2️⃣ In a bowl, combine ground beef, onion paste, yogurt, and all the spices.
Knead well until the mixture is smooth and sticky — this helps the döner hold together.
3️⃣ Place a sheet of parchment paper on the counter and spread the meat mixture on top.
4️⃣ Add another sheet of parchment paper on top and roll out the meat into a thin, even layer (a few millimeters thick).
5️⃣ Remove the top paper and roll the meat tightly into a log shape.
6️⃣ Place the roll on a baking tray, add tomatoes and jalapeños beside it, and bake at 200°C (390°F) for 20–25 minutes.
7️⃣ Take it out, remove the parchment paper, squeeze over some lime juice,
then place it back under the broiler for a few minutes to get that crispy, roasted surface.
8️⃣ Slice thinly.

SERVE:
On Lebanese bread with your favorite veggies, sumac, a spoon of yogurt, and fresh lime juice.
