Hello! I am on the hunt for the type of noodles used in this mul-naengmyeon. In most restaurants and shops I’ve only found the types that have an opaque brown color when cooked.

I’m looking for this noodle used in naengmyeon in Sydney, Australia. It looks really thin, chewy, almost translucent but a grey/white colour to it. Can anyone please help me?? It’s almost like a glass noodle, but really thin and not completely see transparent?
