    5 hours and you don’t mix the pasta with the sauce before serving? Ragù itself looks great.

  2. All that time and effort only to miss out by not mixing the sauce in with the pasta.

    Its 1 kg of minced meat , ofc i will not mix it with pasta, i cant eat it all , i will have to store some and serve it with fresh pasta next time

    I added the milk at the end , added sauce beneath and on top , and added parmesan , i considered the sauce good enough to not add water , i am open for advice yet this comment section is becoming tough enough , these vibes are just low
