
This is like my 2nd time ever making steak and from what I’ve seen online an edge to edge cook with no grey band and a crispy crust is most desirable. Is this a contender for most perfectly cooked steak ever?Also a made it from frozen.

Where’s the grill marks bud? Jk, crust looks good, no obvious grey band, and I like that color on my steaks. I would definitely eat this.

Nailed it. Some of my best steaks have been from frozen too, it’s easier to avoid the grey band IMO.
I wouldn’t send it back.
