First time using Swiss Method! Ended up over cooked, but I loved how they looked!


I’ve been using Italian method from the start ( 7 months ago), but haven’t made able to get consistency.

    I don’t think those are overcooked. I think a day or two after you fill them they will be perfect. They look amazing. Congrats!
