    Damn. Tell you what, you make the steaks and I’ll make the sides and bring the drinks. That looks like it would kick ass with mashed potatoes, roasted corn on the Cobb, and a Smokey Negroni

    What if you served the bone in bite sized pieces with that amount of meat left so the carnivores could chew on it? Is that crazy?
