Very nice Italian American meal – one of the regions that should be considered a separate variety of Italian foods. Loved that you browned them before adding to the sauce.
To add a brighter tasting sauce, use Mutti pomodoro and use any variety dried pasta.

Can you please share your sauce recipe? In a previous post someone mentioned they use Escalon 6 in 1 tomatoes. Do you have a favorite canned tomato product that you recommend for spaghetti or red sauce?
