Probably my favorite pasta now. Who would have thought something so simple can taste so good.

Do you whisk it vigorously to emulsify everything? Before adding the pasta?

My old acting coach used to say

    “Practice makes average”

It wasn’t to discourage, it was ment to tell you that practice can bring you to a point where you can do it but what makes you great is something else and that there is no perfect.

You definitely have that something else.

    Great job, keep going.

OP this looks delicious, thanks on the input.
Any tips on the plating, I tried this plating technique and I failed.

Any tips for getting a deeper flavor? I used two whole cloves of garlic and you could barely taste the garlic.

  7. Could you give us the recipe on how you make this? This looks AMAZING

Im super curious about what recipe & method you’re either following or tweaked to work for you because that looks gorgeous. I love aglio e olio but have never tried it at home.

  9. Looks delicious. What is it and why is it difficult?
