



















These are like stuffed tortilla chips π
I make this sauce pretty regularly for sandwiches, it's kinda similar to mcdonalds breakfast sauce. A few people asked me for measurments and "adjust to taste" wasn't enough π
1/2c mayo
1/c sour cream
1tbsp dijon
1tsp worcestershire
1/2tbsp lemon juice
1/2tbsp pickle juice
1/2tsp salt
1/2tsp pepper
1tsp onion powder
1tsp garlic powder
1/2tsp dill
Mix & adjust to taste
Those are just basic measurements so you still need to adjust to taste π€£ sometimes I'll add hot sauce or chipotles in adobo.
The chips are pretty simple…bacon, eggs, & cheese flattened betweened to tortillas. You don't have to chill it but a couple chips might separate if you don't so I do recommend that. Cut then fry until crispy. Let the excess oil drain off then dip & enjoy! π
