    Tried this for the first time while stationed in Korea many moons ago. I’ve loved it ever since. Never co side red making it—was it difficult to make?.. I remember being told it’s called O-E-kimchi

    You might wanna know the difference in between Kimchi and Muchim. Kimchi as you know is made with the salt-preserved vegetables and it includes ferment and aging where as the Muchim is with the fresh vegetables like salads.😋- A Korean passing by.
