    Someone on /ukfood bought the exact same steak as you in the post above this.

    Fair play for cooking that to perfection, I find it hard to cook a thin steak. I get the mega cheap asda smart price steaks for dogs and they always end up well done.

    Shape and marbling makes it look like a mislabeled strip! Great cook as well.
