Hi everyone! I just wanted to share because this was my first time ever making bread dough and my first time making donuts completely from scratch. I think they turned out pretty great overall. I definitely burned a few in the first batches while figuring things out, but once I got the hang of it they came out really nice.
Still learning, but I’m pretty proud of these and wanted to show them off a little!

If you don’t deep fry and only shallow fry, it will absorb a lot more oil… besides that it looks good. If you deep fry in enough oil next time, it should be great.
