The baked egg is the primary reason for this posting. It has its own texture. This was two eggs, ~1.5 tbsp of whole milk, some salt, and a greased baking dish in a water bath. You get a very light and fluffy consistency. Definitely plan to make it again, most likely with some other flavors in there. Looking for thoughts on this style.

Also, been eating far too many meals of bacon and eggs these days.

    what do you think would happen if you did it without the lid? cause I have a similar piece of cookware but no lid

  3. But I can cook all that in my skillet and toast my bagel at in less time plus I’ll have melted cheese
