    Any complaints I have would be superficial things like a slightly smaller plate or a better pic angle.

    Otherwise this is simple and perfect. I love it.

    Does this come as one course in many? Or a la carte? Not a criticism at all just trying to figure this shit out, this is simple and elegant and looks delicious, but at the expense of starch and veg which is mandatory for a main where I am…. Again not a criticism just curious about what you would sell this as and like… how I as a novice chef can experiment with plating and get away with it if you know what I mean haha.

    Before I read the description this looked like the bowl is the counter and the lobster is sitting on a trivet! Lol

    Looks amazing (in my humble, non-professional opinion)
