Found a great ribeye. Been getting better at my reverse sear lately. Easiest way to get the perfect cook.

Pulled it out at 115.

  2. Nice job. Great job picking the steak, nice sear and crust, and thin almost absent grey band. Awesome job 🙂 I prefer the straight hard sear lol but that’s just me.
