Standing mixers make Christmas happen! I only bake and make treats for our grandkids for holidays. I’m talking over a thousand cookies.
I prepare all my doughs 2 weeks prior to Christmas and refrigerate. Then I start “The Great Bakeoff!”.
Oh that first time you get the perfect fluffy texture on rolls!! ๐ฏ ๐

I’ve been experimenting with different ratios in my cookie recipe, and I’m aiming for something like this. Going to give this recipe a shot next, shout out OP!
Rolls look fantastic, I’m definitely going to try them. Here’s a similar recipe I really like. Tuscan herb bread: 2.5 tbsp yeast, 1.5 c warmish water, 1 tsp sugar, 3 3/3 c flour 1.5 tsp salt, 1/2 c grated Parmesan, 1 tbsp each(chopped): fresh thyme, rosemary, basil, oregano, 2 tbsp butter. All go into the mixer until dough ball is formed. Let rise 1-2 hours, form into loaf, bake at 375 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
