First attempt at a proper homemade aglio e olio. Turned out pretty solid! The pasta itself was one of my best work to date.

The final product was packed with flavor, but I was hoping for a saucier finish – I used a ton of pasta water, but still not enough! That shit soaked it right up. Was cooking for 4 people – I think this dish is easier / better for 1-2 people
