
Hi all
I am going to open my own specialty café (finally!) and am looking for the right machine to match the quality of the roast.
I am looking at the Modbar machine, liking the pure and slick design on the counter.
Wanting to go initially for a La marzocco Linea, I am afraid to fall in the trap of "visual over taste".
Do any of you use such machine? How "good" is it compared to the traditional ones?
