I want to get my steak making on top level. What could I improve more and how does this one look? Made it in stainless steel pan:

1.5min each side od higher temp (5 out of 6 on stove ring – electric)

1min each side (4 out of 6)

2min with butter and rosemary (3 out of 6)

Every suggestion is welcomed and will be used in trying to make it perfect.

Yummmmmm!! It’s perfect for me!! 😋

  2. Only thing I would change is using a bigger pan. Crowding the pan like this may mess with creating a proper crust.

But the end result looks great nonetheless. Would definitely eat!!

  3. The fat on the outside doesn’t look rendered, you could hold it upright on the pan and sear each side for 30-60 seconds

Why didn’t you invite me over for dinner?

Did you cook them both at the same time?

Looks good to me, I’m sure a lot of people will give small critiques but as long as you enjoyed it there isn’t much to improve on. Cook your steak how you like it and tweak your technique where you feel it will improve your eating experience 👌

Looks great, only thing I would try to tweak is your crust. Less butter/oil to start, get a nice crust on both sides, then add more butter and garlic and herbs and then baste. Either way, delicious, good job. Oh and like the other guy said, bigger pan like cast iron or one steak at a time for better control of the crust and basting

Did you wash your cutting board in between? Lmao

I wouldn’t have thought the steaks would turn out as good with how overcrowded the pan looked, but there is barely any visible grey area, very well cooked indeed
