Stuff like this is honestly so annoying. Yes, they’ll be nicer with some acid, fat and salt but with decent vegetables nicely cooked they’re still perfectly pleasant food beforehand. Similarly, if people really don’t like a certain food they’ll still not like it with this treatment a lot of the time. Its sensationalist nonsense, judgement disguised as advice.
