Hoping a tech can help me. We bought a EK from our coffee supplier about a month ago, I believe it was brand new if not second hand and refurbished by them. Since day 1 of using it’s had this awful noise as the burrs begin to slow down.
It gets pretty moderate use for things like decaf and batch brews etc.
Hoping it’s an easy fix and not something to waste money to get a tech out here for.
