كباب دونر التركي، الوصفة لي عاملة ضجة | the viral doner kebab recipe
Ingredients:
For the kebab:
1kg minced beef
1 chopped onion
2 tbsp plain yogurt
For spices 1 tsp each: paprika, kebab spices mix, dried coriander, white pepper, garlic powder)
1 tbsp salt
Roasted vegetables:
Tomatoes
Onions
Peppers
Salt and olive oil
For the biwaz:
1 sliced onion
1/2 cup chopped parsley
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sumac
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Tortilla bread
Mayonnaise
Parchment paper
المكونات:
للكباب:
١ كيلو لحم مفروم ناعم
١ بصلة مفرومة
٢ ملعقة كبيرة زبادي
للتوابل ملعقة لكل من: بابريكا، بهارات كباب، ثوم بودرة، كزبرة ناشفة، فلفل ابيض)
١ ملعقة كبيرة ملح
خضار مشوية:
طماطم
بصل
فلفل اخضر
زيت زيتو وملح
للبيواز:
١ بصلة مقطعة شرائح
١/٢ كوب بقدونس مفروم
٢ ملعقة كبيرة زيت زيتون
١ ملعقة صغيرة ملح
١ ملعقة صغيرة سماق
١ ملعقة كبيرة خل بلسمك
خبز تورتيلا
مايونيز
ورق زبدة
