    I’m not addicted to Kimchi but I eat it every other day because I have ulcerative colitis and any fermented food is fantastic help for it.

  6. I made Korean for the first time for my crew and they flipping loved Kimchi Bokeum Bop. It’s now in the regular rotation. Chunks of steak in there with a nice sunny side egg on top and green onions. Yum.

    I used to be obsessed with this. I mean I still am but I used to eat it every frikkin weekend. I’m only hesitant to make it because it’ll make my house stinky
