During recipe week at ABC10, Chef Walt Gray shared his family recipe for Italian frittata.
The Italian frittata ingredients include:
20 eggsHomemade soppressata (pork) sausage made by his Uncle Tony Trebisacci of Westerly, R.I.Ricotta cheese (sharp cheddar and mozzarella cheese could be used instead)
The cooking steps are as follows:
Slice the sausage into small pieces and cook them for about 2-3 minutes on each sidePour eggs in on top of the sausage and add cheese when the eggs are close to being done
