Just treating myself to a fresh assortment today. The platter has a great ratio of salmon to tuna, and I couldn't resist grabbing three trays of salmon sashimi to go with the gyoza. The marbling on the salmon was too good to pass up!

Oh I am sorry about the title. We had this first, it was a mix of salmon and tuna at my cousin’s house then we ordered the salmon. I still can’t get over the taste. It is just so good.
