Blue corn tortilla chips can be a whole grain, right? Topped with chicken breast cooked in salsa, black beans, a sprinkle of cheese, tomatoes, bell peppers, jalapeños, chopped spinach, and lime juice. Sometimes I add avocado or scallion.

    The blue ones taste better, I swear! I love them in salads and crunched up on soups. Is there anything tortilla chips can’t make better?

    The problem with tortilla chips is that they are deep fried. Fine every now and then.
