I’m so dumb I saw “local Outback” and was like “huh, I wonder how they are in Australia?”

Glad you found one that’s still good. I worked for them for a few years a loooong time ago. Everything was fresh, not frozen and made on site. Even the butter and salad dressings. But over the past ten or so years the quality is just atrocious.
I’m not sure how they do it now, but their burger used to be the best out there. Because they used to make it with filet meat. God knows what it’s made with now, because it’s horrible.
Very sad. I really loved the restaurant.

I used to get prime rib there back in the 90s. Ever try it? It used to be solid

I have never had a poor experience at my local Outback. We frequent really nice, expensive steakhouses regularly for work. Our particular Outback that is franchised beats out a lot of them believe it or not.

Haven’t been to outback in awhile but it was always my favorite chain

My local Outback is super consistent, too. Actually a pretty good value still as well.

I’m a fan of Outback but my one complaint is that they’re not super consistent on temp. How did you order this?
No this is fake or there’s more to the story. I call bullshit.
I was very surprised by an Outback recently. The sirloin was really really good and cooked perfectly.
Not on TR or longhorn level but they weren’t options in that town and I was pleasantly surprised.
I was an Outback hater for a long time. I’m halfway converter back
Absolutely fabulous cook on that steak!
Steak looks great but who eats their baked potatoes by the slice?
