  1. I object to the use of "easiest". Buying fresh seafood, chopping and frying it are all steps that I can avoid by opening a can. Clearly, not the easiest.

  2. Chef John!! My wife and I are launching our business, it’s actually something you could use in your videos. One day I’d love to connect, I’m a child of 8 we have been watching you since kids!! Great cooks from you! Would love to sit down and meet!! I was with you many livestreams

  4. Greetings from Redondo Beach 🇺🇸🌷Just what I needed – your video is like a “breath of fresh air”. I made this following your video and my family loved it👍🏽👍🏽

  5. This dish came out great. I had to replace lemon juice with lime juice and fresh oregano with just a little pinch of dried one.

  6. What's the best way to thicken up all the clam juice that come out of a can or frozen bag of clams into a pasta-worthy sauce?

  7. Chef John! Please make a recipe for a creamy salmon casserole with, I believe it has, egg noodles. I grew up having it sometimes in school, and my husband said he has had the same one! But there is no recipe like it! Please! Por favor! It has a creamy sauce like the one here!

  8. I’d add a handful of frozen sweet peas to the sauce for a pop of sweetness, love the shrimp and salmon combo.
